{"id":1015,"date":"2014-09-27T10:45:31","date_gmt":"2014-09-27T14:45:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chefssociety.org\/collaborative_culinary_organization\/?p=1015"},"modified":"2015-10-13T12:42:21","modified_gmt":"2015-10-13T16:42:21","slug":"empire-oyster-presented-by-thrillist","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.chefssociety.org\/collaborative_culinary_organization\/empire-oyster-presented-by-thrillist\/","title":{"rendered":"EMPIRE OYSTER: Presented by Thrillist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1017 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.chefssociety.org\/collaborative_culinary_organization\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/empire-oyster_1-e1443537312979.png\" alt=\"empire-oyster_1\" width=\"600\" height=\"261\" \/><\/p>\n<p>September 27, 2014<\/p>\n<p>The SOLD OUT\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.oysterweek.com\/events\/2014\/empire-oyster-presented-thrillist\"><strong><em>Empire Oyster<\/em>, presented by Thrillist<\/strong><\/a>, was a celebration of the oysters, sustainable\u00a0seafood, craft beer, wine and spirits grown, caught or made in The Empire State of New York.<\/p>\n<p>There were\u00a0a dozen or so participating chefs from restaurants like\u00a0BLT Fish Shack,\u00a0L&amp;W Oyster Co., and The Monarch Room, and they were all paired with different local NY state oyster farmers to present an original dish \u00a0that highlights all the best parts of the individual shucker.
