The third annual 2011 NYC Dumpling Festival took place at the Sara D. Roosevelt Park, and was filled with excitement. Many dumpling-lovers got together for the annual Dumpling Eating Contest, and the winner reached a Guiness record of eating 18 dumplings in just two minutes.
