At the 2015 Chef One NYC Dumpling Festival, sample what the world has to offer in the way of dumplings! The adaptable and much-loved potsticker is just the tip of the dumpling iceberg; each culture will showcase different cooking techniques, regional ingredients and flavor profiles with their specialty dumplings. With everything from Korean mandoo to Italian ravioli, your ticket is your passport this September. With filling that can be sweet or savory, prepared steamed or fried, and presented within a variety of wrappers, our dumplings will take you on a culinary journey across the globe. Come with an open mind and leave with a full stomach!

The event will feature live cultural performances, photo booth, lucky draws and interactive games for nonstop entertainment. This year will include the highly-anticipated 12th Annual Chef One Dumpling Eating Contest, one of the most exciting eating competitions in New York City

All proceeds from this event will benefit the Food Bank For New York City to alleviate hunger issues in all five boroughs.
